I strive to provide a safe and supportive environment to promote personal growth and healing. Utilizing a client-centered approach, I believe in the importance of being flexible to each person’s unique needs. By tapping into one’s core instincts and strengths, clients can feel empowered to take on a leadership role in their own process of change in order to restore a sense of balance and inner peace. My specialties include depression, anxiety, OCD, substance abuse and other addictive/compulsive behaviors, eating disorders, self-harm, trauma, abusive relationships, and other unhealthy interpersonal dynamics.
