MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR
Gabriella Brumaghim, MHC-LP earned her bachelor's degree in Human Development with a concentration in Psychology from SUNY Empire State College followed by a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the College of Saint Rose. She enjoys working with adolescents and adults with an array of presenting issues, her niche being addiction. She has experience working at a variety of locations treating all ages with a wide range of mental health issues. Gabriella utilizes a variety of approaches that are tailored to each client's needs, some of which include: person-centered, solution-focused, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral. She likes to see therapy as a personal journey; therefore, she believes strongly in active listening and going at the client's desired pace while still encouraging self-reflection and growth.
