I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor committed to providing knowledge and guidance to children, adolescents and adults struggling with various mental health issues. My work focuses on helping individuals and families manage their symptoms and changing unhealthy thought processes and habits. I do this through solution-oriented therapy and working collaboratively with clients and families to achieve their mental health goals. 

 

I have worked in various inpatient and outpatient settings providing both individual and family counseling. I am specifically trained in DBT, which has been extremely helpful treating individuals who struggle with mood disorders, anxiety disorders and self-destructive behaviors.
