With over 18+ years of experience, I’ve had the honor and privilege of working with people of all ages and from all walks of life. I hold a BS from Cornell University in Human Development and Family Studies and a MS from Syracuse University in Counselor Education.

I am always inspired by the human capacity for resilience and change in the face of the many challenges, stress and hardships life can present.  I’ve witnessed repeatedly that even under the direst of circumstances, there is always hope! I strive to provide a comfortable, nonjudgmental space to explore current challenges and patterns of thinking, feeling and behavior that may no longer serve you. Once identified we can look together for new insights, meanings and strategies to find lasting solutions and preferred outcomes so you can feel freer to enjoy your life!

I offer individual, couples and family counseling and have extensive experience with trauma informed care; PTSD/anxiety; depression; substance abuse, addiction/ co-occurring disorders; divorce and relationship struggles; life span transitions; parenting support; social justice issues and cross-cultural counseling. I also have a special interest in providing support for family members of loved ones experiencing serious mental health and addiction disorders.  I have an eclectic approach and provide evidenced and strength-based interventions tailored to your needs and interests.
